BC Boaters Net
BCBN has come to an end...
After more than 40 years, the BC Boaters Net has come to an end. With less participants each year, and more net control stations stepping down, it has been decided that 2024 would be the last year that the BCBN operated. We hope that those that did join the net enjoyed meeting up with friends, and the daily chats, and that they got some useful information from the net. A big thanks should also be offered to the VITS for allowing us to operate on the Vancouver Island Trunk System repeaters for a number of years, and to the SSIARS for the use of the VE7RSI repeater before the net moved over to the VITS frequencies.
